Information
An assessment of our guest needs will need to be completed before the holiday. This can be done over the phone or via Skype if that is easier for you.
We do ask for total transparency when discussing our guests needs and support issues, this is to make sure that the very best tailor made holidays are experienced by our holiday guests.

What is include during your stay:
• 24 hour general support and assistance
• Accommodation
• A bright and airy private bedroom
• Towels, bedding and kylie’s (if needed)
• Free door to door transport up to 200 miles
• 3 meals a day, light snacks and beverages.
• A large choice of inside and outside activities.
What is not included in your stay:
• Any alcohol that the guest wishes to have.
• Entry costs for any activities chosen by the guest
• Any beverages or snacks that the guest chooses whilst out in the community.
• Laundry.
A small 20% non refundable deposit will secure your holiday booking. The remaining amount will need to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday date.
We aim to provide 3 well balanced meals a day. All main meals whenever possible will be made from scratch using organic and locally sourced produce.
Small healthy snacks will be available if our holiday guests are feeling peckish between meals. During your holiday a pub meal will be offered as an evening activity with us paying the first £15 towards it.
Alternative/special diets can be catered for.
Example menu
We would ask whenever possible that all holiday medication comes in prepared blister packs, (your usual medication provider should do this for you free of charge) if not a dossier box with all relevant medications inside will also be acceptable. All creams, drops or sprays will need to be in the correct boxes with the guests name and full direction on.
Before your stay a medication form will need to be filled in with all holiday medication written on it.
All our staff are medication trained but we take no responsibility for any errors that occur with the deliverance of medication that is not clearly labeled.
Our staff are all first aid trained and within our holiday home we have a well equipped first aid box, blood pressure monitor, blood oxygen monitor, plus we are fortunate enough to have a defibrillator.
Our primary concern is the comfort, happiness, and wellbeing of our holiday guests. We encourage and support them to try various activities and adventures.
Our modern detached seaside house is a source of pride for us. It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living areas with relaxing furniture, and entertainment amenities like a 65-inch TV and a gaming TV.
Upstairs, there are three bright and airy bedrooms with ample storage, including a double bed, twin beds, and a single bed. Guests also have access to a bathroom and toilet upstairs.
Situated near farmer's fields, our house offers a tranquil setting where guests can enjoy birdwatching in the garden or admire the colorful beach huts nearby.
Within a short walk, guests can access the beautiful seafront or explore breathtaking woodland walks. Sutton-on-Sea is conveniently located near Mablethorpe and Skegness, offering various activities and attractions for guests to enjoy.
